Our Story

At 1981 Noodle House, we are dedicated to bringing the authentic flavours of Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles to Auckland and beyond. Our handcrafted noodles offer the perfect blend of chewiness, firmness and tenderness that defines traditional Lanzhou noodle-making techniques. Of course, they are complemented by our savoury beef broth and tender beef slices.

Our menu goes beyond the classics, offering a diverse range of delicious dishes, including our Signature Beef Noodle Soup, Tomato with Egg Noodles and Youpo Chili Noodles.
